Fresh Rolls - Enhanced Platter

Our Enhanced Platters are perfect for special events, like bridal showers, baby showers, and birthdays. Each platter comes with 10 rolls and is lined with a banana leaf, comes with double-layered card stock labels, and is topped with edible flowers and gold flakes. Each roll is cut into 4 pieces. 

Namaste Fresh Rolls: Fresh rice paper roll with steamed lemongrass organic tofu, quinoa, mung beans, crispy shallots, cucumber, thai basil, carrots, green leaf lettuce, rice vermicelli, and a crispy wheat centre. Served with a roasted organic peanut sauce. (GF option without crispy centre & with a lemon "fish" sauce)

Namahata Fresh Rolls: Fresh rice paper roll with shredded beancurd, quinoa, mung beans, crispy shallots, cucumber, lettuce, mint, green leaf lettuce, rice vermicelli and a crispy wheat centre. Served with a lemon "fish" sauce. (GF option without crispy centre)
